Why did you choose your Harley Davidson Iron 883?

In my early twenties, I had a preference for sportbikes, I had a Honda CBR 600 and a Ducati 916. I saw myself riding very fast and dangerously, so I decided to sell them. Later in life, I had the opportunity to get into biking again and bought a Harley Davidson Iron 883. The look and cruiser style of that motorcycle is what made me finally decide to get back on two wheels and enjoy the experience.

Tell us your story, how did you get into riding?
I have been passionate about motorcycles since I was a very young child. I have an audio recording from when I was 2 years old asking my father for toy motorcycles. He would then ask what else I wanted from his upcoming business trip and all I would say is more motorcycles. I ended finally acquiring one to call my own and ride when I was about 22 years old. I am now 44 and still have the passion and need for being on two wheels, it is a passion I have deep in my soul.

What inspires you to ride?
The feeling I get from not being caged in by a car. The 360-degree open view of all my surroundings. The fresh air on my face. Long, multi-state road trips that take me to the most beautiful roads, national parks, and isolated cities around.

Why did you start your account?

I started my IG account back in 2016 due to the popularity my YouTube channel was getting. That channel reaching close to 9 million views. I saw that there was worldwide admiration that brought inspiration to many people and felt the need to share. To this day, my motorcycle has been credited by people all over the world as the inspiration for their customization work.

What would your top tip be for someone getting into riding?
First thing is to take a training course and get a motorcycle license. Start with a bike you can place both of your feet on the floor with and be of manageable weight. Start on an inexpensive cruiser motorcycle. There is a high probability that it will be dropped and it would be very unfortunate to lose a lot of money on repairing it. Ride at own pace, never try to keep up with a group of more experienced riders. Don’t ride when drowsy or under the influence, and most importantly, focus 100% of your attention on what you are doing. This will allow you to enjoy what the motorcycle experience is all about!

Riding Harley davidson iron 883

Tell us about the most exciting adventure you’ve taken on your bike.

The multi-state and several day rides, moto road trips, and motocamping. Riding through epic roads in Northern Arizona and southern Utah. Bryce Canyon, Zion, Moab, the Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, Oatman, and Jerome. There are so many beautiful state parks and roads that emotionally charge my soul, bring me happiness that goes on for months.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our audience?
As I once wrote: the Biker world will change your life, it will build your happiness, your inner peace, it will raise your self-esteem and personal growth. It will give you attitude, a purpose, a path, many deep friendships, and relationships to count on for years.
